I am already a Limora customer, why do I have to register again?
We're sorry and you may find this annoying, but that's due to the structure of the new shop. The data that you have previously created can no longer be accessed from the new shop for data protection reasons. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to port your data to a new system without your consent, so we have to ask you to enter your address again.
Is my order safe?
Of course your order is safe. We do not pass on your address and only use it to process your order. Bank data and similarly sensitive data are transmitted on sites with SSL certificates.
How long is the delivery time for my items?
Of course, this depends on the articles. We have by far the largest part of all articles, books and spare parts in our central warehouse. Shipping takes one day. However, there are also order items that take a little longer. These often include rarer parts from less common models, e.g. MGB GT door skins. Parts that are specially made for you after ordering, aluminum bodies, windshields according to a sample or belts can sometimes take six months. In such a case, we will definitely call you again.
I only read about shipping costs. What do I have to do with the packaging?
The packaging does not cost us anything extra. We always pack your goods in such a way that nothing happens, we use modern and efficient automatic packaging lines. If your package arrives damaged, please report the damage to the carrier, i.e. the parcel service, or the delivery driver, even if he complains. Otherwise we unfortunately cannot help you. When transporting engines, a deposit is required for the transport frame. Please speak to your seller.
I think I didn't get the right thing...
No problem, please contact your seller. He will go through your order and the goods you have received over the phone and will be able to send you a forwarding.

Of course, that's what we're here for. You will find the names of contact persons on the individual pages, but you can also call our brand telephone numbers and you will be put through to the right colleagues.
