Oil cooler

Water conducting oil cooler for engine and transmission oil cooling. Inner core and housing WITHOUT seals, oil connections & water nozzles, length (without nozzles) approx. 330 mm. For sealing servicekit part-no. 536621 is requiered.
The effect depends on various factors, but it is equivalent to a 25 row air-flow oil cooler.

Special recuperator for engine and transmission oil cooling. The hotter oil is cooled by the cooler water circuit using this heat exchanger.
Positive side effect: The faster heating coolant releases energy to the oil during the starting phase, the operating temperature is reached faster and the particularly wear-intensive warm-up phase is shortened. Some automotive manufacturers use this tried and tested principle in modern Diesel engines to avoid the thermal problems that can occur until the operating temperature is reached.
These oil cooler are available in three lengths: 90, 180 and 330 mm (housing length without connectors). A selection of different water hose connectors and oil fittings allow a wide range of applications and individual adaptations to the respective installation situation. A small selection of popular ready assembled 'standard' sizes is also available.
