There have been two versions of these sleeves over the years: An 'early' version (early because it was used with the 998 cmm A-plus series engines with Verto-type clutch until the reintroduction of 1275 ccm in 1991) with ~ 58 mm inner diameter which was used WITH a plastic insert (item no. 470362) and a 'later' version (used with the 1275 ccm models from 1991 onwards) which has a smaller diameter and is used WITHOUT a plastic insert. Both can be used, the larger sleeve ONLY with plastic insert, the smaller one WITHOUT insert. Here you will receive the later version which can be used WITHOUT the plastic insert on vehicles with 998 cc as well as with 1275 cc.
