This kit is designed for Ford Kent (Pre-Crossflow, Crossflow, Valencia, HCS, BDA and VSG-411/413) engines.
Ford's legendary Kent engine was developed in the 1960s and has been as popular as ever with tuners for over 60 years. For the Every Day Driver, we recommend this conversion kit to a Weber 32/36 DGV carburettor, which impresses with driveability and good economy.
The DGV is a dual-barrel downdraft progressive carburettor. When cruising, only the 32 mm bore is employed, giving good economy. Under load, the second, richer 36 mm bore opens up to supply additional power.
