The standard front wheel bearings are angular contact ball bearing type, which works well but does not allow for any adjustment as the bearings wear. Taper roller bearings provide better support for all applications.
This wheel bearing kit includes high quality bearings, seals, shims, split pin and nut and utilizes the standard spacer for a simple installation. The larger bearing has the correct 2 mm fillet radius to allow proper fitment on the stub axle and has been specially manufactured to allow the hub to sit in the correct position so the brake caliper does not interfere with the brake disc.
Please note:
Morris Minor models require a slotted nut with LH thread for the left king pin. This nut is not included in the scope of delivery, but you can order it under part no. 304924.
