crankshaft rear – supplied with installation sleeve
This is a oil seal of improved design, and it comes with an installation sleeve. You should use this sleeve when the crankshaft is in place with the backing plate installed. This is a superior alternative to the OEM type lip seal. It is simply better at doing its job, and it should last longer.
Please note: The installation sleeve must be removed after fitting the oil seal.
