Triumph: GT6 (1966-73)
front suspension. Competition road spring with 262 lbs/in spring rate and 7.06" fitted length
The 'strength' of a spring is referred to as the spring rate. Unfortunately, the spring rate is specified in different units. While the metric system of units (N/mm) is common in Europe and the rest of the world, imperial units (lbs/inch) are still used in the USA and in the UK.
Going still further with suspension modifications, lowered and uprated road springs become desirable. We offer a complete range of competition coil springs from Rally, through Fast Road to Full Race specification. All these springs are designed to be used with the standard, Gaz or Koni dampers.
