for 42 mm 2-eared wire wheel spinner. 3/4" drive for easy handling with large ratchet or torque wrench
This high-quality aluminium special tool is very easy to handle and avoid a damage on the spinner.
In the case of wire wheels for classic cars from the 1950s onwards, a distinction is made between wto wheel types, one with 42 mm and one 52 mm hub centre. The wheel type designation refers to the maximum size of outer wheel bearing which can be used with that hub.
The actual hub diameter is measured across the outside of the splines on the car and not the wheel itself. This is 62.5 mm for the 42 mm wire wheel type and 73 mm for the 52 mm wire wheel type.
