Weber Carburateur
MG: MGB Roadster: USA and Canada models with single Zenith Stromberg carburettor from GHN5-368082 (December 1974) - also usable on all other MGB Roadster and GT from 1962 to 1980
32/36 DGAV type. Contents inlet manifold, air filter, linkage. Variant with water controlled choke
This kit is designed to replace the single Zenith Stromberg carburettor.
The DGV is a dual-barrel downdraft progressive carburettor. When cruising, only the 32 mm bore is employed, giving good economy. Under load, the second, richer 36 mm bore opens up to supply additional power.
Please note that on MGB models a new exhaust manifold will also be required. We recommend our tubular minifold 17152 which is especially designed for LHD cars.
On MG Midget and Triumph models the original exhaust manifold can be retained.
